       TMCF Outstanding Service Award

The Members Universities & Professional Institute (MUPI) is an annual conference hosted by Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF). This event encompasses all presidents, chancellors, faculty, administrators and ambassadors of public Historically Black Colleges and Universities affiliated with TMCF.  Achaia Ravizee received the 2013 Outstanding Service Award and during the 14th Annual MUPI experience she, out of 45 ambassadors, was recognized for her continued support, dedication and commitment to the mission of TMCF.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FOF Certificate of Leadership

The Foundations of Faith (FOF) Leadership Institute is a two year program equipped to train and mentor emerging leaders. FOF Institute requirements provide instructional days, developmental workshops, written and oral assignments and tests that monitor the completion of twelve modules. Leading with Outreach, Leading with Team Projects, and Leading Skillfully are few of the twelve modules each student must explore. On January 27, 2013 GCFBC and Leadership Training International recognized Achaia Ravizee for her completion of the Foundation of Emerging Leaders leadership series.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DNIMAS Senior Leadership and Service Award

The Dozoretz National Institute for Mathematics and Applied Sciences (DNIMAS) was established in December, 1985. This program is a full academic scholarship at Norfolk State University with the objective and primary goal of addressing a severe shortage of minority scientists. To acknowledge completion of rigorous curricula, an annual banquet which honors the academic success of scholars occurs each year and Achaia Ravizee was the recipient of  the 2014 Senior Leadership and Service Award.
